About Our Summer Programs
Alchemy Life Changers Inc. Summer Programs are designed to provide youth with a safe, supportive, and enriching environment where they can learn, grow, build confidence, and develop practical life skills. Through engaging activities, educational experiences, faith-centered development, recreation, and community involvement, participants will have opportunities to discover their strengths, build healthy relationships, and make meaningful memories throughout the summer.
What Youth Will Experience
Youth will participate in a variety of enriching experiences designed to support personal growth, confidence, leadership, and independence. Activities may include life-skills development, financial literacy, career and purpose exploration, healthy relationships and communication, faith and spiritual development, recreation, creative activities, educational enrichment, community engagement, and age-appropriate field trips.
Summer Program Focus Areas
Leadership & Confidence Building
Youth will participate in activities that encourage confidence, leadership, teamwork, responsibility, and positive decision-making. Participants will be encouraged to recognize their strengths, develop their voice, set personal goals, and build the confidence needed to become positive leaders at home, at school, and in their communities.
Life Skills & Independence
Youth will develop practical skills that prepare them for greater independence and responsibility. Topics may include time management, personal organization, decision-making, self-care, problem-solving, household responsibilities, goal setting, and other everyday skills that help young people successfully navigate life.
Financial Literacy & Money Management
Youth will learn age-appropriate financial skills including budgeting, saving, understanding needs versus wants, responsible spending, setting financial goals, and developing healthy money habits. Activities will help participants understand the value of money and begin building a foundation for future financial independence.
Career & Purpose Exploration
Youth will explore their interests, strengths, talents, and future possibilities through career and purpose-focused activities. Participants will be introduced to different career paths, entrepreneurship, workplace readiness, goal setting, and opportunities that encourage them to begin thinking intentionally about their education, future, and purpose.
Healthy Relationships & Communication
Youth will learn how to build healthy relationships through respectful communication, appropriate boundaries, conflict resolution, teamwork, and positive decision-making. Participants will develop practical skills for expressing themselves, listening to others, managing disagreements, and recognizing the qualities of healthy friendships and relationships.
Faith & Spiritual Development
Youth will be encouraged to develop a strong spiritual foundation through faith, prayer, biblical principles, character development, and personal reflection. Participants will explore identity, purpose, integrity, compassion, and how faith-centered values can guide their choices, relationships, and future.
